Career

From my student days, I devoted myself to strengthening my body in nature through activities such as mountaineering, canoeing, and cycling trips, and through these experiences I developed a strong interest in the “harmony of mind and body.”

After graduating from university, I worked at an oil company, but seeking a path where I could engage more directly with people’s bodies, I shifted to the world of traditional Eastern medicine.

While attending vocational school, I gained clinical experience at acupuncture, moxibustion, and massage clinics, and after graduation, I further honed my practice in a variety of medical settings, including orthopedic and internal medicine clinics.

During the period when I was considering opening my own clinic, I experienced the Great East Japan Earthquake and became deeply aware of the “finiteness of life and time.”
I then moved to Hokkaido, a place I had admired since my student days, and established my clinic in Niseko Town.

The year after obtaining my acupuncture license, I was hospitalized in the ICU due to acute hepatitis, which awakened me to the importance of mental well-being.
Since then, I have continued to pursue “true health of body and mind” through yoga and meditation.
